Great gym with a wide range of decent kit for all types of training. Ideal with it being accessible to patrons 24 hours a day and parking right outside. I have had a number of PT sessions which have been nothing less than professional and inspirational.

I have trained with Rhian for just over a year and she always makes it fun. She takes into consideration injuries, strengths and weaknesses and adapts the work outs accordingly.

Fantastic place to train. I been using this gym for about 3 years and the vibe and owner continue to make me want to go back. There is such a varied range of equipment to use so every session is different. The classes run by Rhian are amazing. And it doesn’t matter if your new there or not, they meet all fitness levels and guarantee you a good workout. And can’t fault the other members. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming which makes you want to go back even more.If personal training is what your looking for then rhian is the person to go to. Very professional but fun. She puts 100% into each session and makes you realise how capable you really are with smashing personal goals.
