CIRCUIT CLASS

Rotate through various exercises targeting different parts of the body with short rest periods.

STRENGTH & HIIT CLASS

Bursts of high-intensity strength and cardio exercises followed by brief periods of recovery.

GUEST CLASSES

Fancy Gymnastics or Boxing fitness? Try additional classes provided from time to time by external trainers.
