In addition to our standard classes at Physica Fitness, Bridgend, we offer a variety of guest classes to add more diversity to your fitness routine. These classes are taught by experienced instructors who specialise in different disciplines.

Participating in these classes can help you explore new activities and improve your overall fitness level. All the classes below are included in your ‘Unlimited Classes‘ membership or £10 a drop in.

GUEST CLASS SCHEDULE

Currently, we have:

  1. HIIT CORE – with Heather – Wednesday 9.30am – 10.30am – A fast-paced class combining 30 minutes of high-intensity intervals with 15 minutes of focused core work. Burn fat, build strength, and stabilise your core. All levels welcome!
  2. YOGA– with Beth – Thursday 12.30pm – 1pm – A calming blend of dynamic yoga flows and restorative poses to build flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Perfect for all levels to recharge and reset. Also available online.
  3. LIFT – with Tom – Thursday 6.30pm – 7.30pm – Master the fundamentals of strength with a focus on powerlifting, Olympic lifts, and accessory training. Perfect your technique on squats, deadlifts, cleans, jerks, and snatches. Open to all levels, from beginner to RX athletes!
  4. POWER CIRCUITS – with Richard – Friday 9.45 – 10.45am – A structured, full-body workout with focused stations designed to build strength and endurance at a steady pace. Perfect for honing technique and progressively increasing fitness. Suitable for all levels!
